Honeybunch has a larger pleasure part than its predecessors and a hole where you can place a bullet vibrator. The reverse side is flat like B.Cush, so Honeybunch is suitable for use with most flat-bottomed dildos.
Bullet vibrators are sold separately.
Please note that since the background is flat in this model, some of the bullet vibrations may cause the background to bulge, so that the background does not adhere as well to the bottom of the dildo. With a sufficiently sturdy harness, this is not necessarily a problem, but if necessary, the bullet vibrator should be changed to a smaller one. Unfortunately, e.g. the NYTC bullet vibrator is a bit too thick for this purpose!
