Make a return

Was the product not suitable or met expectations? You can return your purchase when you make a return request within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

You can now conveniently make a return request as self-service on your own user page. You can view your username by logging in with the email address you used when placing the order. You will receive a one-time password in your email that you can use to log in to your user account.

The return request is intended for returns of fault-free products. If, for example, the product is broken or otherwise defective, please contact us via the message function in the bottom corner or via email, and we will agree on the matter on a case-by-case basis!

Once you're logged in, select the order you want to return. After checking your return request, we will send you more detailed instructions for making the return.

Return requests can be made for orders placed after August 8, 2024. For orders made before this, the return notice must be sent to us by message.

The buyer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning a faultless product. If you have received a defective or incorrect product or have separately agreed with us on a free return, please contact us.

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCT IS RETURNABLE?

The product to be returned must be intact, clean and have any tags attached. The product can be adjusted and tried on, but please make sure that the product remains like new and clean. Wash before fitting the product and preferably fit the product over, for example, thin underwear.

If the product is returned dirty or broken, it may be subject to a decrease in value, which can be up to the entire price of the product. So please treat the products with respect. Remember to also check the inside of the product.

I WANT TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER SIZE. HOW DO I PROCEED?

You can order a new product directly from our online store. If you need help choosing a size, we will gladly help you!

You will be refunded for the order you returned, once we have received and processed the return. Remember to fill out the return form!

I SENT A RETURN SOME TIME AGO. HAS IT BEEN PROCESSED?

We always try to process returns as soon as possible after receiving them. However, returns are processed in batches, so your return may not be processed immediately on the day of arrival. Sometimes there are more returns than usual, which can congest returns processing.

When the money is returned to your account, it usually does not show the name of our store or company. So the payment comes from Paytrail. Please note this when you check whether the payment has been returned to you.

We understand that the length of the recovery process can cause feelings of impatience. However, please avoid sending multiple messages about the same thing. We are a small company and we have a limited number of pairs of hands. A large number of messages to answer takes time from us processing returns and delays the process even more!
