ORDERING AND TRANSACTIONS IN THE RAINBOW STORE

WHAT ARE THE PAYING VISITORS IN YOUR ONLINE STORE?

Our online store currently uses Paytrail's payment methods: online payment, card payment, MobilePay and Collector Bank invoice or partial payment. If you represent a company or community and want to use online invoicing, please contact us separately.

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU USE AND WHAT ARE THEIR DELIVERY TIMES? HOW DO YOU PACK THE PRODUCTS? CAN YOU SEE WHO SENT IT ON THE TOP OF THE PACKAGE?

We use Posti's services for shipments. Depending on the size of the shipment, the available delivery methods are Posti Pikkupaketti, Postipakketi and Posti Kotipaketti. The delivery times are indicated at the checkout and are based on the estimates of the transport services. The delivery time is calculated from the day we have processed the order.

As a rule, orders are processed within 1 business day, if the products are immediately in stock. Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays usually reach the post office the same day. Orders are not processed on public holidays.

However, in the event of force majeure or due to Posti's operations, delivery times may vary.

All deliveries are given a tracking code with which you can monitor the progress of the shipment.

Shipments are always packed in discreet, standard white or brown packages. It is not possible to tell from the outside what the packages contain or where they were ordered. From the name of the sender of parcel deliveries, it is not possible to directly determine where the shipment was ordered. Postal packages will not receive a notification delivered from the mailbox, but an arrival notification will be sent to the phone number you provided. Please note that Pikkupaketti and Kotipaketti are delivered directly to the door.

IS THE STORE OPERATING? CAN I COME TO ARRANGE THE PRODUCTS OR PICK UP MY ORDER ON THE LOCATION?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a physical store. As a rule, we are not able to offer a pick-up option.

I REPRESENT A COMPANY OR SOCIETY AND I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH AN INVOICE FROM YOUR STORE. HOW DID I WORK?

First, create a username for our store here . Once you've created an account, contact us via email at info@sateenkaarikauppa.fi, and we'll add the right to order products by invoice to your user account. An online or pdf invoice is available.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

THE PRODUCT I ORDERED DID NOT FIT ME / MEET MY EXPECTATIONS AND I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT. HOW DID I WORK?

The easiest way to make a return is to log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used for the order and fill out a return request. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to make the return.

If you need help choosing the right size or model, you can contact us and we will help you find a product that fits your measurements and wishes.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT / MY ORDER WAS MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?

Oh no! Although we always try to control the quality of the products, sometimes they may still show manufacturing defects or other defects that do not become apparent when we pack the product. Sometimes the packer can make human errors, so the wrong product or too few products slip into the package.

Please contact us and we will arrange delivery of the new product for you.

TRANS PRODUCTS AND THEIR PROCUREMENT

CAN I GET GUIDANCE ON PURCHASING A TRANS PRODUCT SUCH AS A BINDER OR TUCKING UNDERWEAR?

We advise on the selection of products by e-mail or through the message function found on our website. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide guidance on social media channels.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A TRANS PRODUCT LIKE A BINDER. WHAT IF IT'S NOT THE RIGHT SIZE? CAN THE PRODUCT BE ADJUSTED AT HOME?

We accept returns of unused products purchased from the online store. You can adjust the products at home as you would in a store. The product to be returned must have the product tags attached and must be in perfect condition. So please take good care of the product to be fitted! The right of return does not apply to sealed intimate and hygiene products.

If you want to make a return, please agree on it by email within 14 days of receiving the product. You can find more information about our return conditions on the Delivery terms page. We also accept the exchange of a product of the wrong size for another size. In the case of fault-free products, the return costs are borne by the buyer.

DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?

Our store is intended for customers of legal age. Minors can do business with or with the consent of a parent. Our store does not sell age-controlled products, and we do not check the age of customers separately.

If you are getting older and intend to get a compression garment , such as Binder or tucking underwear, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with their safe use with special care . Never wear a compression garment for more than 8 hours at a time or while sleeping, or get a size that is too small.

Absolutely. We are always willing to support organizations and communities that promote the rights of rainbow people or create safer spaces for marginalized people. If your organization or community is interested in cooperating with us, send us an email and we'll plan more! We can act e.g. as annual donors, donate pride supplies to events, and offer discount codes to your association's members.

Sateenkaarikauppa is currently in cooperation with Tuseta ry and Trans ry. We have also supported e.g. Ay Santra & Piiaa and donated supplies to the Turku Region Seta Vinokino festival.

Yes! If you are interested in cooperating with us, send us a link to your social media profile or blog and your proposal for the content of the cooperation by email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Commercial cooperation can include, for example, product donations or discount codes for your followers.

I WOULD LIKE MY PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD IN THE RAINBOW STORE, HOW WOULD THIS BE SUCCESSFUL?

We are always happy to accept products from small and LGBTIQ creators for sale in our store. We are particularly interested in the products of domestic craftsmen and artists, which are related to the subject area of ​​our store. If you think your rainbow-themed, feminist or body-positive product could fit into our selection, contact us by email and we'll talk more!
