How to measure binder size
Step 1: Chest circumference from armpit height
Take off clothes that shape the chest, such as sports bras or binders. Take measurements through the thinnest shirt possible or without the top.
Measure the chest circumference from the height of the armpits. Try to be as relaxed and natural as possible, breathing normally. The tape measure should be tight, but not pinching.
Step 2: Circumference of the chest from the height of the nipples
Measure the circumference of the chest from the height of the nipples. The measuring tape should be tight, but not so tight that it presses into the tissue.
