After the move, occasional gaps in the selection

Saedenkaarikauppa moved both physically and virtually in August. Our warehouse moved to new, bigger premises, which we hope will allow us to build a wider selection in the future. At the same time, the processing of orders became more efficient and we are now able to send orders already within a day on weekdays.

The shelves will be replenished during the fall

For the move, we did a big warehouse clearance sale campaign, and after that there are still some empty places on the shelf. In particular, we aim to replenish the most popular products, such as binders, trans tape and breast prostheses, as fast as possible during the fall.

However, the extra costs caused by the change somewhat limit the possibilities for larger replenishment batches. We thank all customers for their patience! If the product you want is not in stock, you can order an availability notification from the product page, in which case you will receive an automatic notification to your email when the product is back in stock.

Virtual moving enables smoother transactions

In connection with the move, we also changed our online store platform. The new platform enables many features that make shopping easier, and we hope that shopping in our store will be even more comfortable in the future.

Among other things, you can reach us more easily than before via the message function in the lower right corner. We recommend using that message function as the primary way to reach us! If we are there when you send a message, the message function works as a real-time chat.
