Return Conditions

We offer a 14 day right of return for unused products. Conditions may apply.

The right of return applies to unused products. The returned products should have possible tags still attached. Sealed products may only be returned if the seal is not broken. The right of return is voided upon opening a sealed package. Products that require fitting may be tried on similarly to a retail store. Tags or stick on labels should not be removed. Hygiene and intimate products may not be returned.

The customer has a responsibility to notify the seller of cancelling the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The seller may refrain from replacing shipping costs. The customer is responsible for any return costs. Failure to retrieve a package is not considered a valid cancellation of purchase. All cancellations should be notified separately.

After making a cancellation notice, you will be given instructions for returning your purchase.

Why do I have to pay for return costs?

There is no such thing as a free return – only hidden costs. In order to provide high quality products with reasonable pricing, we have decided to offer maximum transparency, and never hide additional costs in product prices.
