What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal for international customers.

We are open to suggestions for adding more payment methods on our site, so please let us know if you have any wishes!

What shipping methods do you use and what are the shipping times for orders? Is your packaging discreet?

We use a Parcel Connect service or UPS for international shipments. Your shipment will be carried over to your national postal office and will be available for pick up at your nearest pick up location. All shipments are tracked.

Shipping times vary depending on your country. Please notice that the following shipping times are estimates and delays may occur. The shippig times below are calculated from the day your parcel is handed over to the postal service and do not include time needed for processing your payment or delays due to shortages in stock.

Sweden 2-4 working days
Denmark and Germany: 3-4 working days
West and Central Europe: 4-5 working days
Eastern Europe: 4-8 working days
Southern Europe: 4-8 working days

We value your privacy. All shipments have discreet white or brown packaging with no visible logos or mentions of the shop name. Please refer to your local post office for more information on how the arrival notification is delivered.

I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

Transitional apparel

Can you help me out with choosing the right transitional apparel such as a binder, packer or a gaff?

Please contact us through the contact form on our website. We'll be happy to assist you in choosing the right product and size for your needs.

I want to order a transitional product such as a binder. Can I try it on and do you accept returns for products that don't fit?

We accept returns for unused products that have only been tried on once. Please notice that you should always try the products on on top of clothing to avoid staining. Tags or stick on labels should not be removed. Only return products that are clean and unused. We do not accept returns for products that show signs of wear. Intimate and hygiene products do not have a right of return.

Please notify us about cancelling your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You can find more information on returns from the return conditions page. Please notice that the customer is responsible for any return costs for unfaulty products.

Do your products have age limits?

We do not have age limits for any of our products. Everyone is welcome to shop at YesZir. We believe everyone has the right to express and explore their gender and sexuality. The EU law does not define any age restrictions for pleasure toys. We trust our customers to use their own judgement on what products they need to enchance their well being.

If you're still growing and considering buying compression clothing such as a binder or a gaff, please make yourself extra familiar on their safe use. Never use compression clothing for more than 8 hours. Never sleep in compression clothing. Never buy compression clothing that is too small.

Do you collaborate with organizations?

We are always happy to collaborate with organizations promoting LGBTIAQ rights and well being or provide safer spaces for marginalized people. If your organization is interested in collaborating with YesZir, please send us a message through the contact form on our website. We can e.g. donate products, make yearly donations, and give discount codes for your members.

Do you do paid promotions with social media influencers?

Possibly! If you're interested in collaborating with us, please send us a message through the contact form on our website.

Please notice that we only accept collaborations from influencers who make a commitment for inclusionary, feminist values.

I want to sell my product at! What should I do?

We are always happy to include products especially from small artesans and LGBTIAQ and POC owned businesses in our selection. If you think your Pride themed, transitional or pleasure products could fit in our selection, please send us a message through the contact form on our website and we'll get back to you soon.
