Did the item not fit you or meet your expectations? We provide a right of return for 14 days from receiving the product.

Please note that the return form is only meant for regular customer returns. We are unable to process complaints through the form. If you received a wrong or faulty item, please send us an email at so we can evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

I want a different size for the same product. What should I do?

You can order a replacement from our store right away. If you need help with the sizing, please send us an email and we'll be happy to assist you!

We'll refund the money for your previous order after we've received your return. Please make sure to fill the return form above!

It's been some time since I sent the return parcel. Has my return been processed?

We always strive to process returns as soon as possible. However, we process the returns in batches, so it might take some days until your return is processed. Sometimes we have more returns than usual which could cause delays in the return process.

Sometimes the delays are beyond our control. For example, returns sent as an untracked letter could take up to several weeks to arrive. We recommend using a tracked option whenever possible.

Sometimes there are delays in the refund process as well. Some credit and debit card companies have a delay up to 2 weeks for processing returns. Unfortunately this is something that's beyond our control once the refund has been issued on our end. Once we've issued the return it will go through many hand from our payment processor and your issuing credit card company until it reaches your bank account.

Please also note that if an item is returned to us in a dirty or used condition it might cause delays in the return process. We will evaluate the condition of any items with signs of wear individually. Please make sure the item is in sellable condition should you choose to return it!

The refund might not have our shop name on it on your bank statement. Please take note of this when you're checking if you've received the refund.

We understand that the return process could give rise to feelings of impatience. Please refrain from sending multiple messages about it. We're a small company with limited resources. A large amount of messages will require more time from us, making the processing of returns even slower!
