The Webstore sells products to private persons who are over 18 years old. People under 18 years can purchase products with the consent of their guardian. All prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right for any changes in product and shipping prices.
Organizations and companies can apply for an account.
Ordering
Orders are made by adding products to your shopping cart and placing a payment through a payment processor. All information is processed confidentially. Any personal information will only be used for processing your order and any communication regarding to it if not otherwise mentioned. Upon placing an order you will me required to accept our terms and conditions.
Payments
Payments can be placed through PayPal. All payments must be made upfront. Registered organizations and companies can choose e-invoicing as their payment method.

Order and payment confirmation
After receiving your order, we will email you the order confirmation that includes your order information. Please check your order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Please keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact our customer support. When contacting our support, please have your order number at hand. Please make sure that the contents of your shipment add up with the items listed in your order confirmation.

Shipping charges include shipping and packaging costs. The estimated shipping costs shown in your shopping cart are based on the most affordable available shipping method. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout after choosing your preferred payment and shipping methods. Available shipping methods depend on the contents of your shopping cart and your shipping location. You can choose from the available shipping methods at the checkout where the final shipping charges are shown.
Shipping times
Normally we pack and send your order within 2 working days from receiving your order. We reserve rights to any changes in shipping times.
The shipping times are determined by shipping method and location.
For Parcel Connect, the usual shipping times are as follows:
Northern Europe 2 to 5 working days
Europe 3 to 8 working days
International shipping 6 to 14 working days
Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if the shopping cart has products that are out of stock. We will also notify you of any delays as soon as possible after ordering.
We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. We reserve the right for any changes in item availability.
